I have learned a lot. Thanks
Great, gimi. Much more to come.
In India, We call authentic people like you “Buddhi-Nishtha”. It means a person who acts according his own intellect not blindly following dominant ideology.
Many blessings to you, Keyur.
I love watching your videos. You are a very kind & generous person giving out this knowledge.
Thank you, Jilly. I love teaching and look forward to much more.
Great job on the evaluation Steve. Leveling the pelvis and diaphragm is so important for proper activation of the deep core system. Looking forward to the course
Thanks Joe. Yes…it all eventually comes down to breathing for deep core activation.
Looks great doc. Can’t wait to offer this to my patients.
Looking forward to working remotely with you!
It’s going to be a blast. Can’t wait for all the questions and feedback from the pilot group.
If you added some meditation techniques here, you’ll be the whole package.
Amazing find.
Thanks, emo. We talk about the power of silence, quieting the mind, and the relaxation response a lot more in the Organic Posture Course. But you’re right, it needs to be brought more to the forefront.
I’d just like to second the comments of Keyur and Jilly and for Emo and everyone else, a life changing book for me was the “power of the subconscious mind” by Dr Joseph Murphy. The core stuff is right on and Internal Martial Arts such as Tai Chi, Chow Gar Tong Long, Xing Yi, etc have all been using this way of training their core, it is the very essence of these arts. Dr H, keep up the good work.
@patrick patel
I appreciate your comments, Patrick. Thanks for the book reference as well!
