Thank you so much for helping me identify the cause of my back and leg pain. My husband was also able to identify his upper body problems. The stretches have helped me so much. When do you expect to re-open the Core Wellness Institute program? I have signed up on the waiting list and will continue to do the stretches but I think we both would benefit from the whole program.
