There are products I use to help people transition to a healthier lifestyle and I discuss some of them in the audio.  I have set up an online store where you can access the same high quality, trustworthy nutritional products I have personally used for myself and my family as well as in my practice for over 14 years.

You can access the store HERE or click on the "Metagenics Nutrition Store" tab on the top of this page.

Happy Thanksgiving to you and your family, Dr. Steve. I am so happy to begin using your information with the hope of better health in the future. I especially appreciated your words of encouragement in your Thanksgiving message to be thankful for what we have. And even though I can’t do all the reps in your exercise solution video, I already feel that I am walking straighter. Also appreciated your video about not pulling yourself along but pushing instead. I guess I already told you that the exercise for Piriformis Syndrome is great.

That’s awesome that you’re walking straighter, Martha Lin! You’ll get there with the other movements.
