Before we get started there are a few things that I need to make you aware of.
#1. Although physical posture is an obvious focus for me, it's vitally important to understand that your physical posture and appearance are profoundly affected by your thoughts and nutrition as well as your daily movement habits.
So I will talk about mental / emotional health as well as nutritional strategies to overcome the damaging patterns of stress that lead to Crossed Posture Syndrome.
If you are offended by anything I say or my style of saying it as we go along, that's OK. Just unsubscribe. You won't hurt my feelings at all.
I only want to speak to people who resonate with the "3 Pillars" MIindset, Movement, and Nutrition holistic approach.

#2. You will get a series of follow up emails to remind you to do the free self tests and exercises. After your initial welcome email, you will get a follow up 3 days later, then once weekly for 3 weeks.
Sometimes, if I release a new episode of Core Wellness TV, you could possibly receive 2 emails in one day if the autoresponder email coincides with the annoucement of the episode, but that would be rare.

Also, be patient… there are weeks where I might be too busy to release a new episode. This doesn’t mean I’ve forgotten about you, it just means I’m working on something else for the time. But I’ll be back.
#3. I earn a living by sharing my ideas and offering solutions through my online content. That means that you will be offered something that you can buy from time to time. Sometimes I’ll tell you about a program I believe in (where I would earn a commission) or a course that I’ve created.
If it makes you uncomfortable that I sell things related to health, wellness, and personal development as my business… then just unsubscribe.
