    Hey Dr. Steve,

I have notoriously bad allergies, which developed about 5 years ago roughly. I had no issues as a child or young adult while my sisters suffered every allergy season growing up. Over the last few years, I have figured out several homeopathic, food, and healing practice methods to curtail the most severe symptoms. Your suggestions here all seem in alignment with and additional consideration to things I believe will support me, Thanks!
On another note, I wondered if you had any ideas about Testosterone supplementation. Over the last year my levels which were low to begin with, have fallen well below the 300- 800 level my physician has been checking. He is recommending a gel supplement, but in the mean while I am looking at additional supplements such as zinc, vitamin D, and regular resistance training with bands to support a natural increase. Any ideas?

    yours in spirit,

Admittedly, this has not been a big focus in my practice. But I do agree with everything mentioned in Dr. Mercola’s article below, especially about losing belly fat and stress reduction.

I also agree with using bio-identical hormones if you do actually need replacement.

Also search the insttitute for functional medicine for a provider near you who can properly work you up and monitor your levels. https://www.functionalmedicine.org/practitioner_search.aspx?id=117
