    Really enjoyed this video. The sound of the crickets there in the park with you, had me relaxing here at my desk.

    Paying attention to the way we talk to ourselves is quite revealing. Still working on correcting / changing those poor “self-talk” messages.

    Love my greens. Such a simple change to the diet makes a great impact.

    • I think it’s the most powerful first step to total transformation…the AWARENESS that the programs and beliefs created out of a lifetime of self talk, teacher talk, parent talk, preacher talk, etc. is what’s driving the bus of your life.

      Then the AWARENESS that they are merely neural circuits in your brain that can be “released and rewired” is amazingly powerful. But with great power and knowledge comes great responsibility.

  3. I saved this message and can only view it at the library. I decided to watch it again since I’m here. Perfect timing! I really needed this right now. Things have been really rough for me here lately. Yesterday was a terrible day emotionally. I went biking and running to help clear my head. I was having very negative thoughts about myself and my situation, and it was tearing me up inside. Watching this again has helped me to refocus. Thanks so much! Sarah
