3 Ways To Get Back On Track After Stressful Life Events

I saw grief drinking a cup of sorrow
and called out,
It tastes sweet, does it not?

You have caught me, grief answered,
and you have ruined my business.

How can I sell sorrow,
when you know it’s a blessing?

  1. Dr Steve,

It is nice to see you & your family back in nature 🙂

Thank you so much for this video. It is full of wonderful and powerful nuggets.

    Beth

  2. Well done, Steve. I can handle everything but the green smoothies…you have a special way with words and your approach to “getting back on the horse” is excellent. We have thought of you and your family many times recently…..jack

    • Thanks, Jack. You have a way with words yourself and I aspire to guide and teach a fraction of the people you have impacted during your life.

If you’re not ready for green smoothies, you can use the advice I gave today to someone else in your shoes. Just turn your sandwiches into salads.

      Good to hear from you.

  3. Thank you for sharing, you touch my heart deeply because I too know the sweet sorrow. And thank you for your gift of caring for people, that shows in every video you make.
    Iam very grateful.
Blessings to you and your family.
    Sigrid

    • You’re welcome, Sigrid. I am grateful as well. What an amazing gift to live even for a moment.

Neil Young sums it up for me in “Heart of Gold” with his first words…

“I want to live, I want to give, I’ve been a miner for a heart of gold.”

  4. Thanx for the words Dr Steve. My Dad in Louisville passed away just days after your Mom so I can relate to what you are going through. Just got back to Burbank and started eating much better and doing my exercises… it DOES make a difference! Thanx again for the post!
