While I was traveling back from St. Louis after 2 days of continuing education for license renewal, I share what I learned from the road.
It was my first experience with the "dashboard cam" scenario.
Here's what you'll learn and do if you hit the road with me in the video below:
1. A major red flag and a common misdiagnosis a LOT of doctors make that can lead to a totally unnecessary carpal tunnel surgery (or two!)
2. How to change your behavior and how you can help change (and SAVE) the world.
3. Sing a long with me to great new song that our family has adopted as our "summer theme song" this year (click on the kRi and Hettie image below video for a sample of this amazing "wake up" song.

Thanks, Dr Steve, for sharing your many and ongoing instances of learning and inspiration. You rock!
You’re welcome, Donna! Thank YOU for doing the same with your love for good food! Any upcoming events?
Great clip Dr Steve…you have guts! I couldnt pull that song off at the end!!..must be my hard drive!!
That song hits me so square I couldn’t help myself. You mean your hard drive wouldn’t let you view it or that you have a hard drive personality?
RIGHT ON Steve! Bruce sounds like my next read …. I am enjoying Eckhart Tolle's "The Power of NOW" ~it blows my mind that everything we experience are illusions of the mind! How liberating to know that we each are in charge of creating our own glorious world! Peace …
@Sandy…indeed! You might want to start with The Biology of Belief because it lays the foundation. Also search Bruce Lipton in Itunes podcasts. He does a LOT of awesome half hour to hour interviews with different shows. Those are what I listened to in “Rolling University” on my trip. I haven’t actually read Spontaneous Evolution yet.
As always, you are so inspiring wherever you are! What great info and what a great message. Being conscious of one's thoughts in order to make positive changes and making everyday an opportunity for change, loving yourself, and loving others is such great advice. Good vibrations to spread indeed! Blessings to you and your family! Susan from Indiana
@Susan…Thank you so much! Blessings to you and yours as well!
