Dynamic Lunge Exercise For Healthy Hips, Shoulders, Neck, and Core

No, you don’t have to do it on a log over a stream (but I challenge you to get out of your comfort zone a little:-))

This dynamic lunge move is one of those movements that’s as important as brushing your teeth when it comes to smooth, efficient, strain free, pain free movement in your hips, shoulders, and spine. (especially your hips)

  1. You are rushing past my ability but I’m trying. I had two back surgeries 28 years ago on my L5. The second surgery left me with nerve damage in my right leg and foot. I can no longer lift myself up on my right foot. I am told that that will never change. Because of unbearable pain I have been on Tylenol 3 all this time. I am now suffering from tingling, burning, numbness, pain and feelings of no circulation in my legs and feet.

Since finding your website I have stopped the T3 and trying the exercises. I’m a painful mess and it’s going to take awhile to loosen things up. I have to say that the pain in my groin and hip has lessened slightly since doing a couple of your suggested exercises for the hips so I’m encouraged. But I’m concerned about the tingling etc. in both legs and feet.
