  1. How would you go about activating those lower extremity stabilizers for someone who has a neuropathy and does not get that sensory feedback from the feet?

    • Work on 1 leg barefoot balance as much as possible and use unstable surface tools like a wobble board, rocker board, foam pad stability trainers, Bosu boards, etc. The nervous system will adapt and optimize functional stability if you train it.
